I was one day away from being homeless because I had to sell my home, had laminate flooring with 88 percent formaldehide in it.. I was really sick it caused me to have anaphylactic shock and they would not take the floors out. I had to sell quick and move into a hotel and cost us so much money we had to leave it . My wonderful realtor gave me Jerry's and he got me in touch with a precious woman LaWanda and I came to meet her at this beautiful house that was created because of her wonderful mother.. I have such a grateful heart to be in this amazing faith based Christian home that helps those like me, her and Cindy have the biggest hearts and they welcomed me right away. I have to show you what God led them to create for us. I love them dearly.

Our organization is dedicated to provide a safe place that female seniors can live in the times of hardship and fight for their independence while in transition. At Anointed Seasoned Citizens Refuge For Women 501(c)(3), we are currently working on a project that will provide shelter for a maximum of six months, transportation to medical appointments and events, Bible study, mental health therapy, nutritional meals and theme days(self-care practices, fun activities, group discussions to promote togetherness and emotional wellness).
